Bold and the Beautiful has Steffy Forrester relentlessly going after Hope Logan for jeopardizing her brother’s progress as a changed man on the CBS soap. But Steffy goes beyond the anger level you might expect for a situation like this. So, it looks like B&B taps into another reason for the Forrester daughter’s claws to emerge whenever she’s around Hope in upcoming episodes.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Steffy Forrester Angry
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is furious over her brother being enticed with a kiss by Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). She sees that he worked so hard to control his feelings for his stepsister. So as far as this angry sister is concerned, Hope just ripped his progress to shreds.
Plus Hope Logan eventually got the man these two stepsisters fought over for all these years. She got Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) in the end, and now she’s throwing her marriage away. So, there are a few reasons that Steffy’s anger grows as Bold and the Beautiful rolls out next week. But there’s one reason for her anger that she’s likely not going to own up to.
Or she may not realize that much of her pain and upset feelings don’t come from what Hope did. So, it looks like another reason Steffy starts this negative campaign against the Logan daughter has to do with her own mistakes.
B&B Spoilers: Hope Logan Faces the Brunt of Steffy’s Anger
Steffy Forrester put her brother Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) on the hot seat this week over what went on in Rome. She went about it much like Liam did when questioning Hope.
But Steffy wasn’t as abusive as the betrayed husband who baited Hope Logan with his questions. Still, she got a bit snarky when questioning her brother. There’s one thing about Thomas, he won’t let the blame for this kiss fall on Hope.
He might say he was as surprised as he could be when Hope planted that kiss. But he won’t let Hope Logan shoulder the blame.
Still, thanks to Liam’s detailed description of that Rome kiss, there’s no doubt who initiated the passionate lip lock. So, it looks like Steffy Forrester soon has Hope in her tunnel vision. It also appears that her treatment of Hope becomes brutal, way more than this situation warrants… but why?
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Hope Offers a Mirror Image
Ironically, that kiss that Steffy Forrester is all bent out of shape about is not unlike the one Liam planted on her. Both Liam and his wife kissed someone they shouldn’t while away in Italy.
So, Steffy not only got one kiss from Liam but two now on Bold and the Beautiful. He waited until Finn’s car was gone and then came to the door of the cliff house. Without John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) around he was free to kiss his ex again, or so he thought.
Steffy Forrester didn’t stop the kiss right away in Rome. With this latest kiss, although she showed some hesitation, she stopped it. Then she also blew up at him. The gall of the waffler showing up and thinking he could entice her with romantic moves. Steffy became livid over Liam’s lack of respect for her, Finn, and their marriage.
B&B Spoilers: Only One Has the Option
Steffy has the luxury of never mentioning it again and keeping this her and Liam’s secret. Still, by not telling her husband, this is a bit of a betrayal as well. And, it looks like it is already eating at her on Bold and the Beautiful this week.
So, it’s likely the harsh treatment Steffy is about to show to her stepsister, is just a mirror image of her anger towards herself. Steffy’s complaints about Thomas being innocent where this kiss is concerned are legit. After all, the Logan daughter ruined her marriage and put her lead designer in a tough spot.
But it’s more than likely Steffy Forrester’s anger comes from within. She got into that kiss with Liam before pulling away. So, by punishing her stepsister, it looks like she punishes herself as well. But she may not even realize this. It may be her own lack of immediate resistance to the kiss from her ex that’s causing most of her displaced anger at Hope Logan the CBS soap.
