Record temperatures for March in Japan

Japanese Meteorology announced that record temperatures for the month of March reached 28.1 degrees on Sunday in the capital, Tokyo.

According to agency data, this record was recorded at 1:30 p.m. today, Sunday, local time, in the Chiyoda district of Tokyo, where the air temperature rose to 28.1, which is an absolute record since heat records began in 1876.

Kyodo reported that the previous record was set on March 10, 2013, when the temperature rose to 25.3 degrees.
