The Slovak ambassador to Russia, Lubomir Rejak, wrote in his account on the “X” platform that in connection with the declaration of official mourning in Russia for the victims of the Crocus terrorist attack , the national flags of Slovakia and the European Union were flown at half-mast on the Slovak embassy building in Moscow until half mast today, March 24, 2024.
Yesterday, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that today, Sunday, March 24, is a day of national mourning for the victims of the terrorist attack, stressing that all those involved in it will receive inevitable punishment.
The Russian Investigative Committee reported that 133 people were killed, including children and women, an infinite toll.
In addition, the Russian Ministry of Health announced that the number of people injured as a result of the “Crocus” terrorist attack and in medical institutions in the Moscow region and the city of Moscow has risen to 140 people.
