The conservative musician Kid Rock has revealed that he has forgiven Bud Light “as a God-fearing man, as a Christian” after the brand catered to the radical left by teaming up with the transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney for a partnership back in April.

Kid Rock Forgives Bud Light

After the partnership, Kid Rock famously posted a video in which he shot up cases of Bud Light. In a new interview with the Fox News host Sean Hannity, however, Kid Rock announced that he is moving on because he believes in forgiveness.

Referring to the highly affective boycott of Bud Light that has cost the company hundreds of millions of dollars in recent months, Hannity said, “I want the drivers back to work. I want the warehouse workers back to work, the guys loading the trucks back to work because they didn’t do this.”

“What nobody has talked about, you know people say, well, they can get other jobs. What about their livelihoods?” Kid Rock said in agreement, with Hannity adding, “These are high-paying career jobs.”

That’s when Kid Rock confirmed that he is ready to forgive Bud Light.

“I know people that work there and it’s not so cool to be wearing around that blue shirt anymore, going places. This is why they have a problem right now, it’s like, I can let the thing go,” Kid Rock said. “As a conservative and importantly a patriot, I don’t want to be in the party of cancel cultures and boycotts that ultimately hurt woking class people, that have no dogs, especially in this fight. I didn’t have a dog in this fight.”

“As a God-fearing man, as a Christian, I have to believe in forgiveness,” he continued. “They made a mistake, all right. What do you want, hold their head under water and drown them and kill people’s jobs? I don’t want to do that. But I hope—at the same time, I don’t want to be their biggest cheerleader. I want them to show me something to get me back as a consumer, as a drinker.”

Kid Rock And Trump Confront Anheuser-Busch CEO

Kid Rock also revealed he and the former President Donald Trump confronted the CEO of Anheuser-Busch, the parent company of Bud Light, at a UFC fight last weekend.

“Speaking of that UFC fight, I’m standing there with our favorite president and someone comes over like, ‘The CEO of Anheuser-Busch is standing right behind you,’” Kid Rock recalled. “So I go to POTUS I’m like, ‘Hey, that’s the CEO of Anheuser-Busch.’ Trump’s like, ‘You want to go talk to him?’ I’m like, ‘I do.’ So me and him go over.”

“We actually had a great conversation,” he added. “I told him that night, I go, ‘You signaled to a lot of people, like myself, like minded people. Put the trans thing aside for a minute. By sending that can to the trans kid, you kind of signaled to us you support this lifestyle. And more importantly men being in women’s sports or in my granddaughter’s locker room. Most of us draw a hard line right there.’…Leave our freaking kids out of it.”

Is It Time To Forgive Bud Light?

As per usual, Kid Rock is spot on with his comments on this. While we’re glad that Bud Light has been made an example of, we certainly don’t want the hard-working Americans who work for the company and had nothing to do with the Mulvaney partnership to be punished any further.
