General elections are going to be held in the country after two months. Before that, the conditions of the country are becoming very challenging, especially for the Muslims. In these conditions, there is a situation of despair and anxiety among the Muslims. In these conditions. National organizations are being appealed to get out of this situation of despair among Muslims and are being appealed to come into the field with new projects. Amir of the well-known national organization Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Syed Saadatullah Hussaini has issued a statement in this regard and appealed to Muslims to follow several points. And the challenges are increasing day by day. People with sectarianism and narrow political ideologies are destroying the democracy of our country due to which there is a lot of anger and anxiety among Muslims. But we don’t need to be afraid or discouraged by these situations. The need of the hour is to act decisively and continuously to overcome these challenges. This is not the first time that Indian Muslims are facing such challenges. From the rebellion of 1857 to India’s independence, partition and other trying events have been a part of history and thankfully Muslims have Faced all these challenges gracefully and overcame them”.
Respected Ameer Jamaat added that “We should be aware of our strength, its roots are rooted in our religion, its great teachings and principles.” It has been our tradition to act as a protector against any kind of oppression and exploitation. That is why we are subjected to trials and tribulations. We must realize that there are no quick fixes to the challenges we face. A long-term solution has to be found for this, for which we have to change our sphere of influence. For this I am proposing six action points for the community: The first of these is to develop good relations with our fellow citizens. Misconceptions about Muslims and Islam among non-Muslims should be removed and the true image of Islam should be presented to them. The second is to try to improve the condition of the Muslim Ummah. Focus should be on removing their educational, economic and other weaknesses, especially by improving their moral character and making them accustomed to practicing religion. The third is to play the role of “Khair Ummat” i.e. to be the best Ummat. The fourth is to stand up to bring justice to all the weak and oppressed. We have to resist all oppression and exploitation but in a peaceful way. Fifth is to use the power of social media for constructive purposes. It should not be used as a platform to vent one’s hopelessness, fear and frustrations, rather it should be used to raise awareness of the problems facing the country, to raise awareness about Islam and to provide courage and courage to the Ummah. be The sixth thing is that the upcoming elections are very important for the country. We should peacefully work with the fair people of the country to ensure that people participate in the election compulsorily and discharge their responsibilities in the right direction. Let us turn this troubled time into a new era and resolve to turn our anger into constructive energy. This will help in making our current situation better and sustainable.
